We move on from Buxton Caravan and Motorhome Club Site to Conkers Camping And Caravanning Club Site, in the middle of The National Forest.
We enjoy a walk with the dogs on the Ashby Woulds Heritage Trail.

My Dad's family all came from Measham and I remember it from back in the 50's and 60's when the pits were still open and thriving. Very different from what you see today! After watching your great vlog, I now need to go back for a visit - a perfect first trip to christen the new van!

One of my bug bears with new vans is the sat nav, why bother putting one in if it’s only suitable for cars. Lovely area, I visited the Peak District last year. Great vid as usual.

Think if it's dry it would be OK, but it's just dirt track much of it going to Conkers. It's better around the Moira Furnace where we went today, flat and paved there.

Just had a walk this evening, and most of the tracks are level, and flat, fairly wide too, so should be good.

Don't think there is an limit, we've seen people with four dogs on Caravan and Motorhome Club Sites and Camping and Caravanning Club Sites. Many private sites charge per dog.

I'm a small business owner myself, our friends have small businesses, which we support. You make the assumption we never visit local shops. We often go to supermarkets in the motorhome because it's easier to park a 7 metre motorhome there than in a town centre. We tried to park in Burton on Trent for local shops and a lot of the car parks had height restrictions. We walk into towns when we can. Also you have to remember that ordinary local people work at supermarkets and my pension is probably invested in supermarkets. Thanks for the feedback anyway.
