Flip me, this feels like sending someone to land on a new planet. When Kipchoge ran Nike break 2 hour barrier, he was going 2min52sec per km for 2 hours and 25 seconds. During this run, he did 5k in 14 min 9sec. 10km in 28 minutes 10 seconds.and half a marathon in 1hour and 8 seconds. He didnt drop any speed the whole way basically.
