You said shift in motor so you dont have the setup that automatically sets correct gear mesh. You will continue stiripping spurs every pack if set the gears so tight.

Sounds like Your spur and pinion mesh are too tight thats why your stripping the gears so easily. You want a little bit of play between the two gears.

@jalee6587 It actually had to much play. It just the tips of the teeth that were eaten up. All fixed up now though.
