@@ReactionRC l didn't even run it with the brushed system on it put a blx system on it right out of the box. I don't run brushed motors. Swapped out the plastic spur gear as well. The 8th scale Arma infraction metal spur gear works on it if you ever want to change it. The truck is nuts on 3s with a brushless system. Put some pro line badlands MX 28s on it as well. . Put a different body on it as well the gorgon body didn't last a day. Have a good one.

Power hobby 55t metal spur gear for the Arma infraction 8th scale is what I used went up to a 17t pinion on the brushless system you have to use at least a 16t pinion or bigger on a brushless system with that metal spur gear on the truck. Couldn't tell you what would work on the brushed system. I past the level of using brushed motors a long time ago. Oh yeah I broke the plastic servo saver as well. Hot Racing makes a direct fit servo saver for the truck that worked great.

Nice vid. What motor and gear tooth setup are you planning on going with for brushless? The wheelie bar would be a must if you go brushless.

Thank you!! Most likely going with the hobbywing 10bl 3660 motor 120 esc combo. 13 tooth pinion. I believe that's what's on it now I may be wrong.👍 And yes definitely a wheelie bar!!

Just watched you're 4S Gorgon Ultimate build.. Great job.. couple tips for body armor.. take gorilla tape layer the body once inside with that. I also added a plastic roll bar on top of mine.. which was just an old battery strap.. but it worked.. Been bashing and only have minimal damage on my original body.. great video and build by the way.. also definitely need to gear up. Atleast 17 tooth with the brushless..🤘🙌🤜🤛

Yes I am definitely going to gear it up! I'm thinking probably like you and a few others said just the 17 tooth pinion on 3s should be plenty.
