what if you got rid of the sure lock it is twice as high as double sided tape or your red gasket stuff you use.

Servo tape directly to the bottom of the XLX2 then stick directly to chassis or drill holes thru the bottom of the ESC tray to screw it down would also make it sit more flush as well

Yes but as bad as it hits seems there still not enough room I’ve removed the Velcro and just sat the esc there and still pushes on the body 😳

I cut those same tabs outta my Vendetta and then used dual lock to stick down my 6S ESC

No that’s pretty foolish of ARRMA because one of their power points they actually put XLX2 they’re saying that it fits perfectly where obviously it doesn’t that’s what I say brother your videos help out a lot I have a V2 just sitting here haven’t done an unboxing yet or looked at it I saw tru ur videos 🤣 good enough for me working on other projects first then I’ll get to that anyway thanks again Earl u help out a lot and when u do get the servo Please read out the model number I know I asked you before not trying to be a pain it will just make 1 more step easier for me thanks have a good night

Pretty shocking that they list it as compatible with XLX2 but you still have to cut out the bottom esc cage plate. That wasn’t mentioned at all.

Good morning my question is, is it better to have a gyro for speed runs or not. I thought they help the car to go straight

Gyros will help a lot if set at a low setting for sure but if you get your skill level up in some cases it’s better to have control of the steering yourself I’ve used it both ways and both work 👍
