At my local track no TSM or AVC . The typhon line is popular at my track. I need to make a custom body before next seasons races. I bet a few of these RTR will be racing.

Typhon 6S is also really durable. Just ESC fan is weak point and screws which keep front shocks should be replaced for tlr version. Also Motor bearings died after 5months. But replaced and working. Typhon is really good platform and with better than stock radio is really fun to ride.

I think I might have to get one. I don’t have a Typhon in the collection any more. Had a V4 Typhon and the roller TLR Typhon. I sold both a while ago. I wouldn’t mind one in the collection rtr. I’ve got a Kyosho MP9E TKI and a Neo 3.0 ve. Might unload the Neo and grab one of these eventually. Good look at the buggy Jay thanks. That body sure looks good on it!

I would love to hear the story about how the TLR Tuned Typhon came to be. Did ARRMA conceive having a race buggy from the beginning, or was this originally planned to come out as an EXB variant until someone came along with the idea to collaborate with TLR to make it track-worthy. Also, was there any pushback from anyone worried that it might dilute the TLR brand? I think it was a brilliant move for Horizon.

Thanks for the video. How do you compare this Tllr Typhon versus the V5 in terms of handling, speed etc. Thank you
