In these speheres its's hard to gain big jumps. Best wishes for you next runs. It's a silly tip, but in the 90s we drilled holes into the chassis ro loose weight. Okay, that were Tamiya's TA-02s.

If i am reading it correctly. Between 171 and 172 you have a huge spike in throttle and big dip in volts. Looks like a fast trigger pull and the batteries dont have enough time to bounce back and get thr rpms up. I could be wrong. Hard to see the colors on the graph

@@JoevsRc thanks Joe… your for sure right about the quick pull… mostly due to the short road… I think you are right though… the motor don’t have the torque the 2200 had

I'm no expert, but it looks like you need stronger batteries to reduce the ripple and keep your voltage from dropping so low. Low volts=low RPM. I was trying to see what lines were what, but it's kinda hard to identify the color with screen on screen. I'm probably wrong.. but that's my 2 cents🤷‍♂ 😄

Thanks Mike… yea the max ripple was before the run… I’m not sure why that happens but it was pretty low during the actual run

If you are running 30spur 25pinion, like I think you are... you are still way overgeared, for around 140mph mate. In your last video I suggested using an online rc speed calculator gearing app to work this out, or use the gearing I previously offered. I think you still need to gear down a lot.👍

Thank you brother… I actually do use the gear app… but I put in 3.75 and 2s…. Which I think has been my problem. On this video 5t down was a 29 pinion…. Was 34…😳 so yea gonna keep gearing down and bump that gear app to 3s when calculating

@Rcprescription I see, okay so try calculating for 3s, but use 3.2 volts as your cell voltage. That will get you fairly close. I usually calculate for around 9 volts total for 3s. You may need to increase your spur gear size, as I think you will run out of adjustment.
