As a former employee of Barnes & Noble and a collector myself, I'll give you two tips regarding the 50% off sales. First, ask an employee if there is a sale going on. Chances are there is, they just either haven't gotten around to putting out a display for it, or it was just never designated to have one to begin with. Second, even if there isn't a designated display for the sales, and even if you find some Paramount titles without a 50% sticker on them, when you take them up to the check-out, they will still ring up automatically as 50% off, or at least they should. If it doesn't just ask about it and the employee should have no issue with changing it, or if they don't know to ask someone senior to them. Barnes & Noble isn't staffed like it used to be, so there's less people with more tasks to do, and the physical media sections aren't exactly at the top of the list of priorities these days.
