I'm not sure what you mean by "activate" additional appointments. You can create service pages on short notice, you can change your availability on short notice, and you can modify appointments on short notice. Does that answer your question? Does the microsoft Booking works well As an Intern tool. For instance, if a few employees need to Use a conference room for x amount of time. So I guess what i'm asking is, can I use this system as a conference room booking, for instance

Great video. Are you able to edit the format / template of the email that is sent to the client and if so, how? When you include some additional info, as well as the Teams link, the body of the email that is sent to the client by default is pretty noisy imo and I would love to minimise it.

no, Microsoft Booking has embedded coding that won’t allow it. Ask me how many hours I attempted to get it to work…. lol so what I ended up doing is having bookings create the event the built a power automate flow to create a new event that allows for full edit ability.

Can i do the following with booking. A customer goes to the URl: They choose a Service such as Math Tutor. They then get a list of Tutors along with the prices those Tutors charge. They can then book the tutor that want?

I just got an email that Microsoft is removing Bookings from the mobile device app stores and will be discontinuing support, and notifications for this were sent out a few months ago.

Yes, that is true regarding the mobile access. They are focusing more on the web interface. The app is now accessible through the Outlook and Teams (Premium) applications. Microsoft recently did some upgrades, releasing a new view and a new Admin interface, as well as an integration with Microsoft Teams Premium a couple of weeks ago. I know they changed the subscription and you must at least have M365 Premium to use the Bookings app. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate you!
