Maybe at your next list, you can try looking into how each of them challenged their hero mentally. Characters like Lex Luthor, Eobard Thawne, and Slade Wilson all made their respective question and doubt themselves. Adrian Chase and Ramsey Rosso broke their heroes, whereas character like Rhea and Non, while much more powerful, never made the heroes doubt their abilities.

Lol, the idea that the thinker is stronger than Malus or a speedster is comical. I just can't accept that thawne would lose to him, thawne is just as smart, can create an army of speedsters, can create lightning lightsabers (lol) and tbh, I think that if Barry had vibrated his hand and shredded the thinkers heart, season 4 would have been much shorter. And thawne should be number one. If we take each villain at they're peak, he's both immortal and has the spear of destiny.
