Arroyo city Private pier night fishing for speckled trout!

Hey guys so we rented this private pier in arroyo city! We had a great time fishing and look forward to going again! The fish were active when we got there then after a while the bite died down... We didn't get any keepers but still had fun trying different lures too see what the fish wanted. Hope you guys enjoy the video and thanks for watching!

Throw those shrimp lures by the poles and docs you’ll catch a lot of flounder, snappers, drum and occasionally a snook

Nice video's keep up showing those wonderful videos and Leo it reminds me of when I used to fish with my parents and my fishing buddie passed away 2 years ago. so take good care of your parents and take advantage of them cause I would do anything to have them back but I know there in a better place. Sweet trout action Leo! I like to target the dark areas outside the lights, it's where the big girls hunt. Small ones are usually in right on the light, in my experience. Keep them coming. Fish On 🤙

What kind of lures do you use?

I like useing several types bro. Local brands I like Texas made lures and outlaw lures. But if I go to academy I like to use the hyper jerk 70 by 6th sense and a few other soft plastics like them jerk shads or just any paddle tail. Thats when fishing for speckled trout.

Went there Saturday it was packed every one was getting tangled lol I was with the lures and nothing I tried every thing they want live shrimp the only lure that work was the black and gold texas Roche
