Spent several years as a kid in Wisconsin and then moved to the Gulf Coast. That man was a true rep of the people of Wisconsin. Reminded me of life when everyone actual knew there neighbors and helped each other out. Great video Sir.

Not too shabby for slummin’ it 😂 Outstanding video sir. You and Jared work well together, like brothers. Those roadside bayous / ditches are goldmines. Especially for crabs.

Awesome, same here as the fella from up north, I'm in Montana looking out my window at snow and crunchy ice, you keep us old guys and gals sane. Wife and I travel down there for winter every other year, this year was staying home. Boy I miss it down there. Thank Marshman! Next year, lol.

Hot roadside meal warms the body. Beats the ole standard tuna-fish sandwiches. Have to keep the tuna and bread separate till ready to make or get soggy. My Tuna is I guess a tuna salad w/ boiled eggs, mayo, diced celery, diced purple onion and sweet dill pickle relish.

Todd, I am a long time fan and supporter. I had an accident 2 years ago and have a massive spinal injury. I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair. That takes me out of going out in a boat for recreational fishing for the time being. I need help finding places like this where I can do some kind of fishing I'm suffering severe withdrawals I haven't had speckled trout or red fishin 2 years. I'd kill for even some marsh bass.... And I'm not a Bass guy..... lol I'd give anything to be able to go fishing, I won't let my boat go until the Dr. Tells me 100% I'll never walk again then I'll give it too my niece so her husband can take her 2 boys out fishing.......

I was just fishing at Chiquapin in Matagorda tx. I caught a 24" trout, a19 1/2" trout and a 15" trout at night using a double chad glow lure. I also had to throw back 2 -19 1/2" trout cause I was targeting redfish. It was great. Something I never experienced.

Who would have thought in water that low on salinity,always thought trout were real picky on salinity...🤗
@mygabrielle74778 ай бұрын
That’s true when it warms up and start spawning. Higher salinity makes their eggs more buoyant. But in colder weather they’re right at home in brackish water
