Can't understand the 10 on Elf, can see the whitening along the top so couldn't imagine they're more harsh than PSA

it's not whitening it's silverring

@@Matt-fe6wu yes. They grade the condition of the card and not the factory caused flaws. Obviously if corners or edge's are purely cut you could also say it's factory. But in this case they are very strict
