Just wanted 2 say how proud I was of my son doing the player ratings yesterday. It was a new experience for him to talk infront of a crowd and although he was understandably nervous , he did very well ; learnt from it I am sure .. Not the best Arsenal game 2 do your first ratings. We were all flat coming out of the ground yesterday. I sit next 2 him every game; enjoy his company and he understands the players and the tactics. The bigger issue is that we are outplayed every match. Every match, even at home, we are getting peppered with shots. We have the most shots against of any EPL team! Leno is the busiest keeper in the league! Clearly our pressing, defending, possession of the ball, attack and the overall set-up of the team is NOT WORKING. That is down to the manager. We have actually gone backward under Emory. Under Wenger, we knew how to posses the ball and attack but couldn't press or defend. Lacked tactics. Now, we can't attack or defend. Without Abamayang, we'd be bottle of the table. This is not a player issue. It is a manager issue.

Have you not watched any other games? Compact midfield is what exposes holes behind. Easier to defend against a compact midfield because there is less space to cover. Chambers was moving up quite a bit.

Watched the match again last night, Ozil was trying to dictate the little amount of play we had but overall Arsenal were abysmal. Torreira playing further forward than Laca at some points! There's no shape to our game and we move the ball far too slowly. We have such devastating pace in our front players and we never utilise it.

The whole team gets a 5 and the manager gets a 2 for his subscriptions. Leno is scared to death to play out from the back and who can blame him, he never knows what the hell the back line will do with the ball. Aubameyang needs Lacazett to score goals. He is at his best in and around the box and needs Lacazett to hold the ball up in the box and feed him the ball and create havoc. When Aubameyang is scoring it takes players off of Lacazett and the he is free to get his goals. They feed off each other. Lacazett is still not 100% but it will come.

Man of the match was Ozil The reason why Ozil was tracking back to gather the ball was because Terraria kept miss placing simple passes and couldn't play out of the arsenal half into the opposing half. Ozil took the responsibility from the 10th minute to helped progress the play out of our half into wolves half. Guendouzi or ceballos should have been progressing the ball out our half but they also failed.
