Well played Musiala, Goretzka, Laimer, Guerrero and Kimmich were on a different level today. These players made sure Bayern's defense never had to work today. Midfield was owned by Bavarians today :( Don't disrespect Arsenal for being outplayed by these players. Not a good season but they are world class on their day. Also it hurts me to say it but Kane was good. Didn't attack alot but he was so annoying the entire game, his contribution to sabotaging our play was immense.

Fair and honest assessment from Tuchel. We've seen this team grow as each season passes. Time and experience is needed before any team wins trophies, especially in this competition where such qualities exist in many teams among Europe's elite. Making the final 8 is a good achievement considering it's only our first campaign as a team. I believe we'll be back at least in the final 8 next season and we're going to be deep in the EPL title race again. This team hasn't even come close to maturing, yet we're competitive against top sides. City, Liverpool and Bayern are comfortably in the top 8 teams in the world right now. We've only lost 1 game out of the 6 matches played against these teams. We can argue Bayer Leverkusen, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, PSG, Barca, Atletico Madrid, Dortmund, Sporting FC belong in the top 10 along with Arsenal. We were nowhere near this 3 years ago. With time, comes experience, progression and trophies

Arsenal lacked cutting edge. They didn’t look like they came to win. I mean they barely used Saka/Martinelli to isolate the fullbacks. It was frustrating to watch. Yes Bayern were good last night, but let’s be honest Arsenal were poor.

@@tomgallagher7870 Well we did buy a left back, or more like someone who can play across the backline who can defend and offer a lot going forward. It was Jurien Timber, just unlucky he did his ACL on the first day. He really looked good when we saw him in pre-season and was incredible in the community shield against City and not phased by the occasion at all. Striker is the missing piece of the puzzle now. We are going for a striker in the summer, hope we get the right one. Because I do believe a deadly striker will make us truly unstoppable. I really do think Timber's injury really damaged Arteta's plan this season, I feel he was a crucial signing and even then we have done a good job to be where we are now. The biggest concern is Arteta not trusting his squad players. Why no ESR or Nelson? If Wenger's problem was that he trusted his players too much, Arteta's problem is that he does not trust his players enough.
