What is too long? Do your research like the journalists you are supposed to be then you would know that Arsenal's 20 year league title gap is still the shortest longest gap between titles. Longest gap between titles for other big clubs include Spurs 63 years, Aston Villa about 60 years, Chelsea 50 years, Man City 44 years, Everton 37 years, Liverpool 30 years and Man Utd 26 years. Didn't include Nottingham Forest because they have only won one league title in 1978. Yes they have two European Cups but that is 2/9 of their trophy count and have only been in the top flight for twonseasons this century. Gabby is probably still hurting from the FA Cup final in 2015 when Arsenal f*cked Villa up 4-0.

The thing is Gabby, we've never been dominant, as to be Dominant you must put some back2back titles together, which incredibly we've never done. It will be 21 yrs this season since our last title, no one would have believed that if you said it after the Invincible season. Regarding the Weather/Ever/Together anthem sung pre-game, it reminds me of a poor man's version of 'Umbrella, Ella, Ellaaaa'. Man utd took 26 years too win the league, liverpool took 30 years, plus Chelsea and Abramovich will never happen again. Man city have a country behind them, but they have obviously cooked the books. Before Roman Abramovich came in we only had 2 teams that were capable. Even though you could say that now. The difference is 4/5 teams below them are spending big money. Our bottom teams generate the same as the best in serie a. The points tally now is bigger than it's ever been

To claim something you first need to quantify it. Define what is a "big club". What are the basic minimum requirements based on every potential aspect of consideration. You can assign weight to certain categories and a scale within them which will give you a tool that you can rank clubs into different categories and against each other using facts and actual data. Until you do that (I had a basic version of this years ago which worked fairly well but left it on a work computer) your just talking meaningless, biased nonsense. Also, there is no "big club" debate. It's just a way to get people arguing and fill air time. No fan cares if one club is bigger than another, it makes no difference to fans in the slightest.

Sanchez left because Utd offered him absolutely ridiculous wages and we wouldn’t match them, it’s common knowledge that he called his agent on the first day of training at Utd to say he wanted to come back to Arsenal. Van Persie left because we didn’t offer him a new contract, he wanted to stay and Adebayor left because we wanted to sell him, he also wanted to stay, all said by the players themselves. Fabregas’s boyhood club is Barcelona and it has always been his dream to play for them, even if we were successful during that period, he would’ve still left us for them. However, who was his first choice team to join when he left them…it was Arsenal. If you’re going to try and troll because you’re a salty hater at least get your facts straight, you’re embarrassing yourself otherwise.
