No he didn't, he made some mad comments about how 'over' celebrating is liverpools thing, and you can't raise the West Brom 2-2 because it meant a lot to him and Liverpool fans - quite literally ignoring the point of arsenal fans celebrating. It's also a fact that it's only been arsenal the past two seasons that have had the criticism lamented at them time and time again, it's weird that people are that obsessed. It's further compounded by the fact before we were given any credit for our performance, the celebration comments were made and dominated headlines; in your comments here you say that Liverpool aren't praised, that's the pot calling the kettle black. The celebration argument is a hypocritical one because every single person involved in football celebrates, people just can't cope with it being someone or they don't like. It's a poor excuse to attack a team you have nothing to attack them for. I don't think many expected that level of performance from arsenal and had their narratives planned, which this didn't align with. Klopp celebrated a origi goal against everton, and last minute norwich goal and it's fine cuz it's passion and makes sense. Ofc beating Liverpool in a BIG game is cause for MASSIVE celebrations. I would celebrate like that to, even if i was just in the stands. So being a part of it makes it even better. If city beat liverpool at anfield, I will celebrate just as much!

Even as a Liverpool fan, the “over-celebrating” conversation is so dry. You should be able to celebrate however you like (barring like doing a parade before winning the league), but you will always put yourself in the firing line if you don’t end up winning the league because nowadays people are so focused on their rivals failing that they store stuff like this. I understand, Disasi hasn’t been great but it’s it his fault that he was played at RB on numerous occasions. It’s not Colwill’s fault that he was played at LB for majority of the season. It’s not Enzo’s fault that he’s being played as a #10 when he’s one of the best young #8’s in Europe. It’s not Caicedo’s fault that he’s being played as a lone #6 even though he’s always played in a double pivot. It’s not Chilwell’s fault why he was being played as a LW earlier in the season before his injury. These are not terrible players, bad decisions from the manager and numerous injuries is why Chelsea is in #11th place right now.

I dont think Poch is the man for the job, but at this point I dont think he should/needs to be fired. That player recruitment, squad building and physiowork is absolutely calamitous. Individually I dont fully hate most of the signings, but you just cannot build a squad that way. None of these players know wwhat it it takes and how to apply themselves to make it at the level required. I can just imagine with every new signing showing up to the training ground and seeing the level and what is acceptable at this club just relaxing and feel comfortable that they dont need to push themselves, cause no one else is doing it either. This environment is impossible to succeed in as a manager. Firing yet another manager would just be pissing away money and I dont see it fixing any of the short term problems, and the long term problems I dont see as being fixable with the current people in charge so why bother?
