Simple fact is : Arsenal exposed the bias of officiating in favour off City over the last decade. This otherwise mediocre manager (how many players bought Vs developed and brought up through the ranks) has relied on name legacy and funds to assist their victories. As for the city fan/commentator, Arsenal were 2/1 up, revealing the lack of composure on City. It took a biased ref decision to assist City into a draw and that ruined the game.

The fans I grew up as a kid and teen in the mid 90s onwards to when I was saying Wenger needed getting rid of in early 2010s were smug and arrogant as hell. The new wave (although I'd argue it's always been there) of online Arsenal fans too are incessant. Even in like the early to mid 2010s, Arsenal fans were voting persistently to win every online poll going. I know there are some decent ones too, and no club's fanbase is far from perfect. But yeah, the issues is a lot of fans. As a club, as a Liverpool fan, I respected what Arsenal did in Wenger's peak and the club as a whole vs say United, and definitely Chelsea and City. But you guys don't make it easy to root for.

I remember when Arsenal beat Man City 2-0 at the Etihad under Wenger in 2014-15 season. We went there, sat back and hit them on the counter, again and again & won (big up Santi Cazorla). Wenger received huge plaudits for that win for dropping the free flowing football to be pragmatic in order to beat city.
