Style can't be rushed! It's not something that you can train yourself to do, especially as a beginner artist. Rather, style is the culmination of years of work. It's built line by line, sketch by sketch, and piece by piece. :D Instead of a restrictive box, style is literally an expression of the unique visual language, shortcuts, and techniques an artist has gathered through their studies! No two artists are alike, and individual styles develop over time, becoming more and more unique as the artist gains skill and knowledge.

100% I love how individual styles are, I know I started out by just trying to copy other artists styles that I loved, but you quite quickly learn to make your own collage of different things you liked doing in each piece, and even as it gets more consistent you just keep growing! Thank you so much for your comment ^^

Thank you for sharing your advice! I wish more people were familiar with your softer critique. I always try to state 1 thing I like, 1 thing I would change, and then a question. I try to learn something every time I make art-- be it learning to allow myself to enjoy a process, or learn a new technique or style. I hope you have a great day!

Of course and thank you so much!! Me too, I'm so greatful to have been a beginner artist at the time I was, critique + judgement is so scary! This is the best way to think about each piece, so fulfilling too! Thank you, I hope you have a great day too! :)
