All forms of Art were once upon a time expected to be beautiful and pleasing to the eyes, ears and mind. Aesthetic sense was considered to be highly refined and uncommon among common people. POP arts are actually revolutions in disguise against the established and esteemed classical arts. Swami DayAnanda Saraswati once said this: "To enjoy classical music and dance one needs a basic knowledge of the grammar music and dance. For enjoying popular arts you only need five limbs ....two hands, two legs and one head!" Later I noticed the truth in his statement when I watched the entire crowd of audience lift up their hands and sway in unison, during the pop music performances. Music and dance do not belong only to human beings. They belongs to the birds and animals as well. In fact humans have 'to learn to sing and dance well' while each bird has its own sweet song and also many birds perform elaborate courting dances to attract the females of their species. ART is there everywhere in the air! The-torn-dresses + the-hair-let-loose + the-no-makeup-look + the no-ornaments is also a revolution against the established norms of the society. Whether it is an Evolution or a Revolution is debatable!

Art is authenticity.. art is self awareness.. and religion did that..we got many religions because of the growing large scale of human communities.. rules had to be made..books had to be written.. traditions and customs .. which a lot of it got diluted and also misinterpreted.. In the start.. we just danced sang..and draw around a fire..and it just connected us to deep within us.. and get to the source of bliss.. What concerns me is our generation..the millennials.. coz most are looking for pieces within them from outside sources.. which is from social media influencers to respected gurus.. trying to form thier own religion confused whom to listen to and what.. What I beleive..the education that you give hits at the core fundamentals of origin of all religions.. and this generation seems to be scraping out a lot of friction caused due to misinterpretation in the urban lifestyle .. we all like to dance.. sing..do arts.. now everyone likes to have such a hobby.. And we know it just triggers the core.. that's self discovery.. experiencing the oneness.. Ending what what we started.. art is authenticity.. self awareness.. that not always words can .. but performance does. Fortunate for a channel like this..where we can have such good deapth of discussions. Art education is the key.
