Audio Exploits: Players use Audio Wallhacks to cheat in Call of Duty, they manipulate in-game audio using shell commands or third-party software to amplify specific sounds, such as footsteps, while reducing others like explosions or gunfire. This allows players to detect enemies at distances they normally wouldn’t be able to hear, providing an unfair advantage. Such modifications often result in shadowbans in systems like Ricochet, which monitors player behavior. Detecting enemies at improbable distances triggers suspicions of wallhack-like behavior, causing anti-cheat systems to flag and penalize players using these audio exploits. Visual Exploits: Look-Up Table (LUT) modifications are visual filters that alter the color settings on a player's monitor, removing shadows and enhancing visibility in dark areas like tunnels. This gives players the ability to spot enemies in areas that the developers intentionally designed to be obscured. Many anti-cheat systems ban players for any use of visual filters, as they provide an unfair advantage not accessible to all players. Console players do not have the option to use such modifications, making it even more unfair for PC players to exploit these visual tweaks. Additionally, manual monitor adjustments cannot replicate the effects of LUT modifications, further emphasizing their unfair nature. Manipulation of Game Data: Editing config files to alter visuals or audio is not allowed. Players edit elements like shell casings, blood effects, or water to make enemies easier to spot. These changes bypass the game’s intended design and provide an unfair advantage. When I created my Guardian AntiCheat, it scanned for any changes to config files, demonstrating that detecting such modifications is entirely possible. Ricochet also actively scans for these changes, and players caught editing these files will be placed into limited matchmaking, severely restricting their ability to compete fairly.

im not with the guys in video but keep in mind, if Activision know what to do, there wouldnt be any Audio exploits, etc. (editing blood effects, etc. was normal in older games) but here, when we edit the config to dont see blood and have more FPS/visibility, its cheating... :D I dont know man, you have various programs and cool settings inside graphic driver apps to get better visibility, have various apps for audio to set it up, wooting keyboards with pooling, etc. that i feel, at least 50% you talkin here are just pure regebait or crying. anyway, wishing you luck to finding more cheaters. I stopped to play warzone 1-2 seasons back because of it.

For the game to truely change, how bout all the legit players just stop playing the game, i know you like playing it BUT as long as these cheaters got a game they can make money and get protected by activision and the legit players still play, nothing will change. I quit playing COD because i refuse to play with cheaters, i refuse to fund these cheaters. Once the game loses its player base to these cheaters, they'll realize that these streamers aren't important and ban them. Not really Mike. I play on ps5 and I have multiple expensive headsets and cheap ones too, and I tested the audio and can hear footsteps 3 buildings away with only a $100 headset. The graphics are crisp. If you play on console it’s a breath of fresh air with cross play off. All of the problems that streamers complain about are non existent on ps5.

On older CODs before 2019 I still can find lobbies instantly nowadays. I feel like that they force you to have crossplay enabled by reducing your chances of finding a match without crossplay. It is all scripted and rigged.

Friendly neighbourhood audio engineer here: if publishers could manage to fully get rid of digital audio manipulation scripts, couldn't then any player simply put an analog compressor in-line before their headphones, reducing dynamic range, to hear quieter sounds better? I'm also very skeptical of anyone being banned simply for changing variables in their cfg file. If Activision wanted to, they could disable the ability to change that variable through their engine. People have been changing their cfg files since the Quake days (And id Software would block the ability to change some variables). All it takes to change a cfg file is to go to your Documents directory containing the game and the cfg and simply double-click on the cfg itself.

I've always believed that some streamers are cheaters, one way or another. They perform feats that seem virtually impossible. Just like with Valve, RUSTs devs have ZERO tolerance for cheaters. This is why VAC bans players who alter core game files and game memory, and Reshaders and Audio alterations would alter core game files. This is why these losers get DESTROYED at LAN events, they dont have their altered version of the game to give them an unfair adavantage (they also have officials watching them at all times so they cant alter anything at the event either). They have no skill without their cheats and when they get banned and lose their what ever income they got from streaming that game, then thats what they get for not playing fair.

That's a lie.You are increasing the distance from 15-20 meters to 60+ meters. That is why it is banned on LAN even if everyone uses it, because it is cheating. I spoke about this in the video. Every 3rd party headset and DAC has a footsteps mode for games. They all amplify footsteps, yet nobody considers that cheating? This is so DUMB. Just because this might be better than other vendors footsteps mode doesn't make it cheating. literally nobody is suggesting that. headsets are available to everyone, console and PC. Using a headset and mixing amp does not even achieve the same level of sound as this cheat. it's not even close. The artiswar cheat literally makes directional footsteps loud enough to hear across the map. It also turns down airsupport and game sounds that both players should hear equally. For example, the person running the artiswar cheat will not hear airstrikes, clusters.. while the console player will hear them. This and much much more. If i get some time i will jump into this more and explain the differences between headsets and the art cheat. Afterall, streamers have the best headset and still use art cheat.

If you are going to complain about ArtisWar then you have to complain about all of them. Calling out the Art tune just because its better than the others makes no sense. If someone is really good with tuning an external DAC is that unfair? The Art tune doesn't modify game files, it simply tunes the audio output stream. Headsets and DACs also tune the audio output stream. If the Art tune goes away are you going to complain that the headset with the best footsteps is now unfair and should be banned? Its binary, you either call all audio output tuning fair or unfair - singling one out just because its better is hypocritical.
