Hi merces69, yes it does take a long time to dry, and yes I did'nt use any drying medium, there was'nt really a need for it, the Orchids were just done in a single coat and I wanted the paint to remain quite thick, any medium would have altered the viscosity. Hello Mariela, If you go back to our website homepage select Mont Marte TV => Oil painting => Orchid Lesson. When the Title frame comes up you will notice some Tabs underneath, if you click the yellow one the PDF will come up. Hi BattleCryQueen, Glad you like it! The dimension Acrylic paint holds it's shape and is lovely and thick (great for texture), normal Acrylic Paint is generally a little thinner and watery. ~Mont Marte Joe

I painted the background last night and painted the white part of the flower today . When i paint the white on it make color look purple too like the background but softer purple. How can i fix that

Hi japanesenoodle, no worries just let the white dry and over paint it. It will come out even better, while it dries paint another painting, I have a few paintings going at any one time :) MMJ

Pfft how to my arse. How about how to mix shadow colors and how to blend the shadows instead of a "you can do this, too if you buy all this stuff?" You don't even show us HOW TO USE THE BRUSHES FOR DESIRED EFFECTS.
