I hope Rick Steves production crew revisit the previous locations for new production and information plus the tips as post pandemic world is different from before plus new camera technology can capture a better visual.

I agree, but I’m not sure about the latter part. They put out a behind the scenes video a few years ago and the crew was still using big, bulky cameras because it’s what they were used to. The quality we’ve been getting in recent seasons might be as good as it’s going to get.

Have watched many of your travels but you’re endorsement of a socialist for the next President of the US pretty much nixed all that. Should have just kept your mouth shut and left that alone. I don’t care if you chose to vote for her but celebrities, large and small, have an influence that they should not have. No idea how to express my dismay on this topic except via this medium.

I still love Rick Stein even if I disagree with his political views. Im a Republican but no one can say Rick doesn't contribute volumes to media with his works, which can be enjoyed by both liberals and conservatives.

Rick Steves decided to follow the over-trodden route of all the others with supposed fame and popularity who think that the rest of us need to be lectured on politics and who to vote for. A MUCH wiser man would have refrained from Twittering his political affiliation, and not alienated his followers with political partisanship.

Honestly, Rick Steves, I truly liked and admired your work until you decided to wave around your political agenda and affiliation, much like all those Hollywood "celebrities" and musicians who think their fame and status has earned them the right to lecture the greater population on politics and social-economic issues. So disappointing that you chose this path, too.
