(SC2 spoilers, I guess) Early on during Legacy of the Void, Zeratul sacrifices himself to free Artanis from the control of Amon, the big bad. After this, Artanis uses one of his blades (notice how as a "zealot" artanis' blades had always been blue, yet he has a green one in the hero card, that's zeratul's).

Also, this is majorly significant because there was a whole schism within the Protoss about being connected to the Khala (protoss hivemind thingy) and the Dark Templars (of which Zeratul was the figurehead) had severed their connection to the Khala, so they were seen as total outcasts and shunned by the rest of the protoss. So Artanis incorporating Zeratul's psi blade alongside his own was hugely symbolic as a kind of reconciliation/"we need to set aside our differences" moment in the story.

@@MartianBuu The Standard list has Bob, Mind Control Tech and Astral Phaser to keep Taunts in check. There's also Popular Pixie for redundancy in doubling the hero power. Arkonite Revelation and Frost Lotus Seedling are the best card draw we have in Standard, and while Guidance is clearly better, Seedling also doubles as survivability.
