Hey folks! In today’s video, we’re back with another unseeded high score Balatro run. Here, after several Antes of scrambling to find direction, a Perkeo came to the rescue to start assembling a late-game build. Unfortunately, scoring Jokers were absent for even longer, forcing me to get creative to clear blinds in Endless. Enjoy the video!
Balatro is a poker roguelike deck building game centered around creating powerful synergies and winning with big hands. In it, you can combine valid poker hands with unique Jokers in order to create varied synergies and builds. Earn enough chips to beat blinds, including challenging boss blinds, to make it to the next ante and progress your run!

1:00:55 the blocking of Ectoplasm is the main thing folks forget about Wheel of Fortune. The difference it provides in score is astronomically low, but a lot of chatters fail to see a reason to turn away any score, no matter how small. But putting any edition on a Joker stops other editions from being put on it, so you couldn’t make something negative later if it’s already polychrome. You’re not just selling the wheel for the money and meme, you’re not throwing away points, you’re actively trying to set up the possibility of making your run stronger later.

There is a small tip that is really a qol feature that saves u the trouble of using a controller. On such runs with perkeo where u have a huge amount of consumable cards and the latest consumable card bought gets pushed down a few cards left of the rightmost consumable card, to get it back to rightmost position u can select the currnet rightmost card which will be lifted a little bit up, then u can actually select the card left to it from underneath it. That way u can keep sliding cards from underneath the currnet rightmost card to the left of the card u want to get on top until u actually get it on top.

I'm Brazilian and I really like watching some of the runs he makes. This run had insane potential, unfortunately he died before getting the most he could have extracted. I believe that the last one he sent was for him to have raised his level to flush five, but he still depended on luck to get what he needed to continue the run.

It’s wild how there’s so many Royal flush fanboys that want to optimise that build, when in actuality straight flush with Ace to 5 is the gigachad synergy because it’s literally what Hack was built for. If your doing a royal flush you have to contend with the random 10 that won’t synergise with face card scoring, but if your doing Ace to 5 you just have the ace, then everything else gets the hack synergy. If you can set the hiker loose it’s definitely worth it!

I kind of wish there was a longplay mode with slower ante scaling. I can take a good hand pretty hard and longplay would be pretty unbalanced but it would be satisfying to have enough rounds and shops to absolutely perfect a deck and set up.
