Hey Jeff, can you show the backyard. I’m curious if beautiful tall trees are in the yard or if there’s a green belt with tall trees.

I’ve actually stopped adding backyards to the model home footage. The reason is that if you bought this floorplan, the house would be the same but the yard would not because it could go on any lot. Some could be built off of green belts and some could back to the forest or even neighbors. The same home can have a different price depending on the lot premium desirability.
