I'd suggest to let go of trying to make everything perfect. I used to erase every line until it looked good enough but that's just stressful. Once I stopped doing that, I improved so much. No one really has those perfect eyes and lashes, perfect eyebrows and huge lips, but I guess that's about preference

Try drawing both eyes at the same time, for example one outline and then the other, then one iris and then the other, etc. Hope this helps!

As an experienced artist, a quick suggestion would be to move the chin closer to the mouth. Also, females generally have smaller jaw than men so you might want to slim down the jaw but that is a matter of art style and can be different in different art styles.

Heyo! I'm a realism artist and one thing I always do is start with the face shape (part personal preference but it also sets the tone for the whole drawing), like female faceshapes are more curvy (typically round)/softer well male faceshapes are longer/sharper. Looking at male and female photos (reference or regular) helped me get a good understanding of how to make something look more feminine/masculine based off shapes! There's also a lot of side by side comparisons on Pinterest (which I mainly use for reference). Anyway, the details of the face look great and I can't wait to see you grow in your art :)
