You’ve done it again! When I saw the image you were going to paint I cringed at the difficulty! But again-brilliant! The white edges and your patent use of the tissue were inspired! Thanks again. Made my day in these frosty foggy days!

Thank you Paul. I have a summer cottage on a lake with beautiful water lilies. Since it’s -7 Fahrenheit here in Maine USA I think I will paint this and think of warmer days to come 😊. Take care…cheers

This is beautiful. I really like the use of the mixed media touches at the end. I rarely think of using my pastel pencils and sticks on my watercolor and this is the first time I've actually seen an artist explain how to use them effectively. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love the vibrancy of the waters surrounding the lily pads. So much beautiful color. Really nice work!

Beautiful! What makes your tutorials exceptional are your excellent detailed descriptions of process and choices, which are so instructional as well as being entertaining. Thanks so much! Sort of wish I had been able to watch this tutorial before painting my neighbor's Monet-esque lily pond last summer, because I didn't mask out the lilies and leaves! You can imagine what I had to deal with....lol I was fortunate the day that I painted it that a couple of dragonflies were flitting around the pond, and I had such fun including them.

Very beautiful, as always. I love water lilies. I've done 3 paintings of lilies so far, with the last being on canvas that I prepared with a homemade ground. They are inspiring. Thanks for another lovely video.

Hello Paul, Wow Thank-you , so much for this much needed tutorial on Lily pads. Beautifully done , great techniques taught as well the names of certain flower parts 😊 I am definetly going to try this one hopefully this week. And let you know how it turned out. 😊 The Sunbeam cascading down was a beautiful effect. Thats why I say your paintings have that wistful feel about them. You manage to create it somehow. 🥰 Thankyou , once again for enlightening us with this beautiful tutorial. Till next week, can't wait. Have a wonderful week. 🎉🥳💕

So wunderfaul to do this. The waterlillies reminded me of our stay in Suyderoogh (Groningen/ Netherlands) where we celebrated our wedding-anniversary with our kids. I took a walk in the early hours of the morning, when the family was still asleep and I was enjoying the wonders and colours of nature as I stumbled upon a wide ditch , full of beautiful Lillies as your tutorial. So, I couldn't resist. Thank you for that.

Now I'm looking through your old videos from previous years and I want to put my versions in the albums too. I've already taken several. Thank you Paul for everything and for today's video, 👍🏻🖼️! Until next Wednesday and I hope you're okay. Bye...bye...❤️🖼️🎨🖌️🖍️🖐🏻😊
