Did you have to replace the axle seals after welding? I’m hoping to weld everything up with my axle installed. I’m worried about the axle seals and damaging the ball joints with too much heat

has skipping the truss pieces under the spring pads caused you any headaches? im considering the same truss and wondering if they are actually worth putting in.

Do you have any issues with upper control arms contacting the truss on bumps?

Considering doing this to my JT, but whats the time involved to do it? Asking because I'd have to take it to a shop

@@JeepingMo - thank you for replying. A few days could really ad up cost wise ($150-$175 shop time per hour) x like 2 days. Might be better off buying a $6k new Dana 60 axle and selling mine for $2k
