Thanks for the review and sharing your thoughts. How do you find the quality of the quick release spring bars? Are they of strong built and quality? How is the QR SB head (the one you pull to fit in the SBs to the watch lugs)? Thanks in advance.

The quick release bars appear to me of high quality, the heads are also not sharp and easy to manipulate. This is really an amazing strap throughout and I don't think you will be disappointed.

Hi, what size are the straps? Would you recommend 21/22mm for my spb143?
