From Artemis to the Mother Mary, the Ephesians had a thing for female deities and Goddesses that passed from generation to generation. Travel with me to Ephesus, Turkiye as I learn about the historical figures of this once great capital of the Roman Empire. From Alexander the great, Saint Paul and Mother Mary, this city has stories that last thousands of years.
Correction:
04:04 John wrote Revelations. Paul was in Ephesus 52 - 54AD. John (with Mary) was in Ephesus 38-47AD

Correction. Paul the Apostle did not write “revelations” John did.

Correct, I made an error. I posted a correction some time ago in the description. KZbin is also suppose to have a correction on the video, but it's not working.

Mother Mary IS Artemis of Ephesus. Like, they had to include Artemis in Christianity which was supposed to be the state religion followed by all its people, so they just put her in Christianity in the form of Mother Mary. Quite simple. That's why "Mary's house is in Ephesus" and Mary started being venerated following the "Council of Ephesus," which was held at the "Church of Mary." These are not coincidences.

Hey Ekin, thanks for the comment and view, I appreciate it. I don't believe in coincidences so I tend to agree, although my continual debate in my mind is: 1. If what you say is true 2. If Mary was real and was simply easier to accept as a easy transition form one mother God to another mother god form the locals in the area 3. If it simply was a mixture of both truths/ cultures and simply a human repeat we see a lot in history of past cultures mixing into future cultures. Like the Greek God Hermes and the Egyptian God Thoth But in the end I'm up to any great argument for either. Cheers!

Can you do me a favor and try to get more close-ups on the iconography. Particularly on the architecture but all expressions of it can be useful. Thanks! Keep up the great work.
