Sir, arteries me blood pressure high hota hai kyonki arteries ka diameter thick hota hai, OR vein ka blood pressure low hota hai kyonki veins ka diameter thin hota hai, per capillary ka diameter to or bhi kam hota hai phir bhi uska blood pressure kam kyo hota hai

Thankyou sir,,, Sir I am very confused मुझे अलग जगहों पर अलग अलग जानकारियां मिल रही हैं, मुझे Fatty Liver के बारे में जानना है, कहीं लिखा है Diabetes और High BP की वजह से होता है, कहीं लिखा है High BP और Diabetes का Reason Fatty liver है।।। कहीं लिखा है Fatty liver का असली Reason Clearly पता ही नहीं कि उसमें कहाँ से फैट आ जाता है।।
