I have this memory of David Beckham picking the ball up on the wing aound the halfway line in a titanic blood and thunder match v Juventus in 99. He cut inside to the middle of the pitch but there was no paas on and players were closing in, he turned and ran back to the wing then bombed down it all the while being snapped at by juventus players, then cut inside again and ...... cant remember how it resolved. But he seemed to hang on to the ball for an eternity at high speed evading tackles. It was like George Best reborn. Fantastic footballer. One of the all time greats,

Why are you afraid to put Erik Ten Hag in that list. Pound for pound Erik Ten Hag is a better manager than Arteta. Arteta is a defensive manager, every player behind the ball. He is not a good manager. So overrated. If Erik Ten Hag gets given the time he needs, i guarantee you he will win the league or Epl before Arteta. Arteta is getting praised for what Ole got slandered for. Erik Ten Hag has actually won leagues and know what it takes and how it feels to accomplish that. What has Arteta done beside finish second? Arteta wonuldn't be getting the praise he is getting if he was a United manager, but it's arsenal everyone and their mother is over hyping him. Mediocre manager, Unai Emery is a much better manager. If Erik Ten Hag finished 8th in his first 2 seasons he would've been sacked. Arteta has been able to fail and redo his failures. Whilst Erik has to win no matter what. Erik Ten Hag is in a much more pressurised position than Arteta. Arsenal are content with being runners up.

Sir Alex didn't include Beckham in the 4 World Class players he named: Cristiano, Cantona, Scholes and Giggs. But his standard of World Class player was levels above what you'd name world class. So from him I accept it. But anyone who watched Becks even just in highlights and says he ain't world class is just talking bollocks. He is world class for his 1998-99 season alone, being the world's best player that season after the red card and the fucking horrible abuse he received. He is world class just for his ability to pass and cross like a machine. He is world class just for his free kicking ability. He is world class just for his fitness levels and professionalism. He is world class just for his hunger and desire to force himself back into Madrid's team in 2006-07 when Capello threw him out of the first team. He is world class just for his love for his country to go from LA to Milan to be able to play in 2010 World Cup. Yes he relishes the spotlight and enjoys being the playboy and model and whatever, and many people know him for the showbiz more than his football. But that should never take away from the fact he was a pillar of United's success and he was a FUCKING WORLD CLASS PLAYER all his career. But we know why people talk this shit all the time.
