I never saw this movie before. I'm in my mid 60's. The music in the background I recognized but wasn't sure what it was. I looked on Google with the words I thought I remembered, and found it was an old Burl Ives song; music I grew up on. I'm so thankful for an old movie like this. It really warms my heart!❤😊❤❤❤

Wonderful movie! I've saw this before ❤This era of movies are exactly what our children and grandchildren need these days. I can't understand why the "bad is good" movies are even allowed😢 Bring back REAL family entertainment like this and stop with rhe craziness 🙏please!

One of my favorite books as a kid and i had all the Breyer Misty Family model horses! I remember the others Marguerite Henry books as well. I wanted to be those kids so bad! 😄

Never read the books or seen this movie, but this horse was part of my childhood. My brother did read the book and saw the movie. All these years later when I hear the word "misty", my mind always says "of Chincoteague". And it brings me back to being a little girl again playing like we owned the horse in our front yard. I am going to watch this finally...thanks for putting it on KZbin.

Beautiful movie. I loved it. The horses are one of God's most beautiful animals. Why can't there be more precious movies like that today. Heart warming, kind and loving. ❤❤❤❤
