How about a tutorial on drum racks and how to create sounds that choke other sounds. ie. when I load a default drum racks often the closed hh will stop the open hh from playing, i would like to know how to create this with my own sounds. cheers, loving your work.

Hey dude, thanks for taking the time to make this! Though, I've a problem! I can only get the synth to sound like a faint "wub" and that's all. I can't get it to "repeat" or do that "acid" sequence you got. I'm doing everything step by step, and I'm not sure what could be wrong? What can I do? Thanks!
@artfxdnb5 жыл бұрын
Well, it is a pluck type sound, you need to write the notes for it yourself otherwise you will only hear it once.
@Vectif5 жыл бұрын
@@artfxdnb Ah alright, that's what I didn't have clear whether it was a single note or a sequencer sort of thing. Thanks!

This does not work for me at all. Although my wavetable looks the same, on init preset my sound is more of a clean square wave, whereas yours sounds straight away like a saw. No idea how you magically make the sound change from the default sound without touching anything other than port and leg.
@artfxdnb6 жыл бұрын
What do you mean? The init patch in Serum is a pure saw wave...

There's a step missing near the start. I do everything you do, it doesn't repeat or 'wub'

There are no steps missing at all, did you try playing multiple notes in a row in a rhythmic fashion?
