You know, watching artger videos gives me a whole new perspective on ways human adapt on its resources. I have read numerous comments in some of artger videos saying that mongolian foods are seemingly monotonous or a bit bland due to lack of vegetables and colorful/flavorful seasonings but the host and families enjoying the cooked food at the end of the videos proves otherwise. And it is also refreshing to see how mongolian kids seems to not be screen dependent and really obedient and cute.

Hi Nargie myself Akhil Abhinav from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. I am very much impressed the way you speak your walking style, each & every moment, I know the great stories about Genghis Khan but I don't have an opportunity to see him directly but I say your name is as papular as Genghis Khan. Keep doing good great videos & make you subscribers happy.

Very interesting. Usually in western cooking tea isn't boiled but just hot. But here it was boiled twice, and also used for cooking something else. I want to try it
@n00b02276 жыл бұрын
boiling twice will make the tea, soup thicker and delicious, we always make sure that we boil everything here in mongolia so that we would avoid the bacteries. next time try boiling it twice or more trying different things will make the perfection xD
@temuulenaltangerel57736 жыл бұрын
tricholysis yep, in Mongolia everything is thourally cooked to first avoid bacteria, and second, maximize de protein and calories wr get from them, such as meat, and trust me, Mongolian meat is out of this world, it tastes soooo delicious compared to western counterparts

Nomads food is simple but deliciuos. Food and tea are made in one pot once to save time and many other things. In Nomadic way of life you have to compete with time and sun....

We NEVER boil tea! I did it a few times by accident, it was awful. The tannin comes out. I think without the milk and fat it would be impossible, you couldn't drink it at all. You can buy that compressed tea, some of it is very strong, I noticed they only used a little bit. If you were making tea in a teapot, to drink it as a clear liquid in a cup, you might have used that much tea to make one cup. I wish they would show us the tea and talk about it a little.

It's a lot of work,but the result is fantastic:so delicious,so tasty,especially the dumpling-tea hand-made on the open fire,not on....the stove....hehehe. The dough rolls piece by piece in an accurate round small sizes.It's almost favorite dish of the Mongolians.I prefer mostly,beef instead of mutton:mutton is heavy meat for digesting,especially...fat.Beef gives smooth and softer flavor:my Mom taught me since I remember myself....hehehe.
