Interesting modification in 'bridge pose'. I have never come across it before using elbows to help the lift. But I found it most helpful. Thanks for the lovely practice.

Just started having hip joint trouble. These exercises helped even the first time I did them. I already have knee joint problems so it is much appreciated having a minimum of getting up and down from the floor movement.
