Helen, highlight this on your feed for post Covid (or any viral illness) movement! I’ve been managing Reactive Arthritis after my Covid infection for a few months now, and I just saw this flow! It was wonderful, thank you! I had the RA intensely in my wrists for months, taking me away from practice (and healing slowly in general didn’t help) and now I’m managing it chronically in my knees, seems to be the long picture. Thank you for flows like these💕💕

My arthritis always flares up when I spend a long time sitting in upright chairs whether it be for a meal or at a computer. This video really helped to relax my joints and more importantly get some fluid into them. My arthritis is in my hips and the floor stretches were particularly helpful and relaxing. I treated my myself to 15 minutes of meditative savasana at the end x
