I come back to this song every year to make sure it hasn't disappeared. I'm so glad it's always there when I need it.

I can't remember her name. She runs the lady bird diner in Lawrence, Kansas if that helps.

The singer is Adrianne Verhoeven DeLanda who lives in San Francisco, but once lived in Lawrence. She was in The Anniversary; lots of bands, now Extra Classic

raul cortes Tell me of the good life Tell me of your whole life I'll sit here and listen I'll hang on every word Tell me you were lonely Before you were happy Tell me all your secrets Tell me what you heard Fell in love the first time Hanging out in your mind Fell in love the last time Standing in the checkout line Come to no conclusions From all of your illusions I won't judge you baby I won't bring you down Fell in love the first time Hanging out in your mind Fell in love the last time Standing in the checkout line Fell in love the first time Hanging out in your mind Fell in love the last time Standing in the checkout line Tell me of the good life It might make me happy Tell me it gets better After it gets worse Take me for a ride In your pretty spaceship Before you send a hearse

once upon a time, me and my friends went to see him at a local bar in aggieville. I will admit, although he is very talented, I don't listen to this type of music. nothing against it at all, but my friend brought up that this guy was at a god status, like ronnie James Dio, I had to disagree. my friend was all on his jock, all nite. he was so starstruck. "dude, that is Arthur Dodge..." while pointing at him. just a fond memory from the late 90's. nothing against his music. this is just what comes to mind when I hear the name Arthur or dodge
