Slight Correction: Arthur can't actually loop his Charisma on T2 - it's on his battery, which you need to save for Wave 3 when Buster Farming.

all this buff does is make him another capable Buster reloader. and yes he is the best choice against Super Giant enemies, but that's all you would ever take him for. Not many Lancer/Berserker nodes with Super Giant enemies.

They can always make more, new events are always gonna be made. In fact the Bleached Earth has a really good free quest against a super large Lancer in Wave 2.

I had my Arhtur 10, 10, 10, NP Lv 6, sliver Fou, from his white day rate up, now he is Lv 120, with some gold Fou and it might just be because I have him at NP 5, Lv 120, full lv skills, full sliver Fou, and some gold Fou, and always have a Marlen, or two, or Morgon, with along with my fully lv Anniversary Blonde Mystic Code, but whenever I use his NP the lowest I've seen it hit was like 400,000 some at 100% I can easily get it high it almost always ether close to or far passes 100,000,000 on a group of enemies or a super-giant ones, but yeah I think their waiting to buff his NP for when he unlocks more seals because that is a good narrative reason to buff it he's got six out of the Thirteen seal unlocked so, he could unlock more or all of his seals, also I really like the name of his buff skill Holy Swordsmen, do hope after we somehow save Olga and stop Beast VII that the next story arc is helping Arthur hunt down and finish off Beast of 666, I'm NA only so I don't know what happens in Lostbelt Seven but I do hope those things happen

Probably a cap but Imma just say it anyways Now just buff his NP, give it more damage and make his np strength buff last for 3 turns and Arthur will become not only one of the best sabers in the game but arguably one of the best servants in the entire game.

it depends on your box, if you have the meta supports then he is good but not necessary, he's only up there if you literally have no meta support beside skadi

@@jonathangoodwin5609 He's gonna be extremely useful in quests that will not let you use support servants. Also, you're going to need him in a particular boss fight in LB7. Heck, you're gonna need a LOT of servants, but he's up there in terms of necessity.

They gave him a charisma and 10% more to his battery, he still isnt "meta" when outside of his "super large" niche normal Altoria and Musashi out damage him.

Arthur has better damage in 1turn because altria needs save the mana burst for waves 2 and 3, and with him buffs for 3 turns he can duplicate the effects with koyan for turno 3 with a np damage similar to altria. And she doesnt have critical damage. Out koyan altria can has better np damage of one turn but continue without critical potencial and almost all her buffs are in 1 turn

Super Large is ridiculously common in 90++ no matter the wave, even better if it's on the last wave where he can double tap S3 for 200% damage mod against super large and outdamage a lot of servants.

Bro, you're way too generous. The problem is that as things stand right now, for the game as a whole "capable of buster looping" is THE minimum to even be mid. And his niche, Super Giant, is virtually never applicable for farming because you're never gettin 3 relatively lightweight Super Giant enemies, you're only ever getting a single one with ridiculous health.

Quite a few 90+ and 90++ and cqs have super giants. So he is pretty viable.

He can Koyan loop 90+ nodes now and this is probably the minimum viable buff for 90++ with an invested Arthur, since he buffs team damage now and many W2s will have a Super Giant enemy. I think BBC + Koyan is probably his best team now since he has great card damage but that won’t work for all farming nodes But this means an NP buff will push him solidly into top-tier (not like AoE Sabers are especially good anyway…)

At max investment (hi, it’s me) he reaches an average of 845,236 damage w/ KKO and class advantage and Aerial Drive. With either Koyan or his powermod he cracks 1M, which is enough for 90++. And that’s not counting his fantastic card stretch and ability to guarantee W3 crits with whatever cards you draw. So it’s a great buff-max investment limited SSRs should be able to tackle 90++, so…this inches him toward the competition. Still needs an NP buff tho

@@kristianschuff1723 fortunately, one units viability/ability to clear isn’t dependent on another unit being better Arthur has a niche they don’t (actually two, if you count sustained crit damage) and meets the minimum specs to Buster loop. Great buff

Is it really that good? I don't think it is that amazing. The NP is still pretty weak and Ibuki is just a better overall option most of the time unless you are against a very niche Super Giant enemy. Ibuki is just as good (if not better) in Farming, and is WAY better in CQs.

@@ReInvader Ibuki has a triple Buster deck and has better passives and raw power and boosts. And Ignore Invul AND Defense on NP AND having Buster Res Down on Over Charge (which ramps) is way more useful in a CQ setting 99% of the time than Arthur and his pretty bad NP that offers very little.

@@dimensionvisitor7689 not so either, his np damage is a few less than altera and ibuki, and has better critical damage than altera and altria, who in critical side is even worse than altera because altria doesnt have critical buff. In the case of koyan system, him no damage is better than altria in turn one because altria needs to save the mana burst for turn 2 and 3, and for him buff in 3 turns he will have 100% buster and 40% attack to third wave, almost to altria's np. I don't Say that he worths but actually is in the same line with other buster saber aoe as the before mentioned, when before the buff even sr like sigfrid or gawain were better
