I heard that "summons" attacks are considered "FUA", it would mean that Robins CD buff for those would help and she would regenerate so much energy from her talent, assuming that the summons do attacking, so any Summoner dps + KFC siblings + suitable sustain would work pretty well.

This means: Servants are like if you empower Aa, skill or ultimate damage, just that it is Servant dmg, and can do different archetypes, like dot, said FUA, hyper break etc.

I think having Lingsha as a sustain on sunday teams will be extremely useful, because for any emergency heals if you're team is way too low, or for breaking weakness, you can advance Lingsha, and Fuyuan, for one instance, and then return to your normal cycle, but just like having that as an option, sounds very good

I'm planning and doing the Jing Yuan meme team myself with Sunday, Jing Yuan, Sparkle, and Fu Xuan. It just seems super fun to play and it only requires 60 Crit rate to get Jing Yuan to 100% Crit rate in combat (10 from Jing Yuan's trace with skill, 10 from Fu Xuan's Matrix, and 20 from Sunday's Talent).

@greenvega it's more about getting the 7 minimum stacks of Lighting Lord without going crazy trying to get the -1 speed tuning. It also allows you to use attack boots instead of speed boots. Which, yes, is a bit of attack drop off compared to a well built Tingyun's or Robin's buff but it's much easier to work with. It's a meme team but it'll be easier to work with then spending months rebuilding my Jing Yuan to be +1 speed to Sunday. Robin or Tingyun are probably better options but require more work to make it a better on my account. I'd rather work on new characters or fix some of my truly bad builds I've got going then rebuild my rather good Jing Yuan with speed boots.

@greenvega everyone finds their fun in this game in their own way. I'm well aware how the meta works and and my character's kits. I know that Sparkle's buff wouldn't go onto Lighting Lord and I also know Tingyun or Robin would be a stronger buff to the team. I'm wanting to see how Sparkle works as a utility character for fun while I wait to see the new Remembrance characters. I've just been playing so long that I find being a Meta Slave is just boring since you just end up using the same few characters in the same ways all the time. It's why I enjoy Meme teams so much. As long as I'm able to clear content I'm perfectly fine and I find it much more interesting.

He also generates more sp than robin so that is nice, since that team burns through sp incredibly quickly, even with luocha/gallagher as healers constantly generating sp.

2:36 Honestly that's not even the main reason. 50% damage bonus is nice yes but it doesn't make him THAT much better than he is without it. I would say the real thing that makes Sunday good with summons is his ability to AA summons which is so far COMPLETELY unique to him, and can be a huge, undiluted damage boost to characters like JY. Anyways, I plan to get him and run him with Feixiao/Robin/March lmao (whenever I can get away with sustainless, which is usually up to Floor 10 depending on the bosses). Unfortunate that his energy regen doesn't benefit Feixiao but I still think he's an upgrade to Bronya, especially when it comes to SP.

For new players, I would suggest getting Sunday because he will synergize really well with most DPSes in general (aside from Firefly), as well as most upcoming DPSes in the next version (3.x). You will undoubtedly find at least one DPS that you like in 3.x (including reruns), and the chances of them synergizing with Sunday is quite high since he’s pretty well-rounded.

Sunday outside of summons will struggle to be a significant upgrade for veterans. Like you have E2 Acheron and a Sparkle, should you spend 1 gold for a single digit % improvement? Same situation for Jingliu. Jing Yuan is the only one getting a complete overhaul with Sunday, he almost becomes an entirely different character.

​@@Forakus Jingliu is not worse than JY at all. Saw a run yesterday on new MoC11. Jingliu was doing about 400k at E0S1 (iirc) on 3 enemies with skill/ult. JY was doing 270k with max buffed summon. That 130k difference will NOT be solved by a +20% damage buff from Sunday, also Sunday making the summon go right away could be bad for Lightning Lord stacks.

People say Seele fell off, but she is the only one among my follow-up (Ratio, Topaz, Robin, Adventurine), DoT, Break (Rappa) teams that beats it fast consistently. CritBreak team (Seele, Hunt7th, Ruan Mei, Fu Xuan) works super well. Taking Silverwolf and Bronya out of it actually made the team stronger (tho best in slot for March in this is either any Crit cone since she is 150 break and 50 Crit rate without light cone). It is a high investment team the floors quantum bosses quickly.

Just for you to know, E2S1 Acheron with fox is doing way more dmg and clears even current meta (that is obviously made for super break) faster than Firefly, Feixiao and Rappa on same constellations)

i promise you no one is holding a gun to your head forcing you to pull for him. if acheron is viable without jiaoqiu and feixiao is viable without robin, future summoners will be viable without sunday. he is not some sort of requirement for the entire path to be "unlocked".
