No he didn't. This is a common misconception. Arthur is the only one who's draw is shown in full. Micah drew off screen, we only see him reaching for his gun, not drawing it. Buy the time the camera is back on both of them, Micah is already aiming on him. From this it's very apparent that Micah finished drawing either the same time or before Arthur did. We only see Arthur draw from start to finish. That does not indicate the speed of Micah.

@@smileyfawler8454 it seems clear to me the game developers intended for Arthur to have his gun up first just by the framing and the shot. Like you said, we only see Arthur's draw, and more importantly we don't see him reach. Of course this could be because he just reached for it out of frame but the way Arthur raises his arm leads me to believe he had his hand steadied on the gun ready to draw already. Micah reached first but it didn't matter because Arthur was waiting for it

In the end Dutch is the one who really eliminated Micah. Dutch shot him in the chest then John finished him. That can be shown in the end Dutch sided with Arthur and John even if he initially went against them.
