Fabulous guitar arrangement and vocals. Love that song, so many discordant, difficult passages to sing but the tensions resolve beautifully. Really well done. 👍 Martha reminds me of the band Sqeeze; songs like Cool for Cats, Up the Junction, Labelled with Love. Just twigged the great bass lines you've worked into the picking.

How would "vocal chops" improve this performance, I wonder? Paul McCartney is not known as a vocal virtuoso, nor does he need to be. I feel like this vocal performance is every bit as soulful as the original. I mean, practicing technique is good for breath control, vocal health and longevity, but I couldn't possibly comment on his technique. To me it sounds excellent and unstrained.
