Congratulations!!!!! I'm so happy for you. Obesity is so difficult. I became obese at 8 after spending the summer with my grandparents learning to bake and cook. Have had daibetes for 30 plus years & tried to loose weight for 40 years. Now successful on keto & 18 hours of intermittent fasting everyday & feeling great. I'm interested in this at 67 years old.
