Cam is legit in the DPOY convo. Not a front runner, but top 20 and climbing. 8 sacks is respectable. 8 passes defended on top of that from a D-Lineman is nuts (especially with a month to go).

When the rubber meets the road, we don’t have enough playmakers on the outside when it will matter most. I don’t like our secondary against Mahomes or Allen either. We usually get shredded against both of them. We should win a playoff game but I think anything beyond that is a bonus.

I think this team can beat Philly and Kansas City! Russell Wilson at QB has been our missing piece the last few years, and that includes Big Ben post elbow surgery. Russ takes what you give him and occasionally throws a moonball.

Beanie is performing better than all 1st round CBs that have been drafted in the past 5 years and he's undrafted. Tomlin is just smarter than the rest. By a large margin.

The only thing i hate about the team since russ came in is the redzone. He has been horrible in the redzone since he started. You take away the 50/50 balls we cant get moving.

Let's see how the next 3-4 games go. These next three games will be the litmus test of the season. Beating the Bengals, Browns, Jets, Giants, Raiders, the over-rated Commanders, and shooting themselves in the foot Ravens (Ravens lost that game more than the Steelers won it) don't impress me. Let's see how well they play against the Eagles, Ravens, and Chiefs in 11 days. If we go 0-3 (which is very possible) we are not contenders. 1-2 and the 2 losses are close, then maybe. 2-1 and we're contenders. No way we're going 3-0 so I'm not even going there. Then....how well are we going to play against the Bengals in that last game if that becomes a must-win. How beat up are the Steelers going to be after these next 3 games? Don't be surprised if we go 0-4, or 1-3 and end up 5th or 6th seed. You heard it here first.

I’m really only worried about all the hype we give this team going into the playoffs. Seems every year we say this then we go to Buffalo and KC and lay eggs and get butchered
