I agree with Deke.When Steelers get awards,I’m pleasantly surprised.When they don’t,whatever. I can’t explain why Garrett is often regarded as better than TJ,whatever.

I hear people making claims that Garrett is better because they move Garrett all around the defensive front and TJ they just leave on his side ! Think of the logic in that , you move a defensive player around so the opposing OC can’t scheme the offense gameplay to shut him out ! So if I don’t feel like I have to move TJ around that means I think TJ is so good that opposing OCs can’t scheme the offense to shut TJ out because TJ is so good that he will continue to win his matchups no matter what the opposing offensive coaches throw at him! So moving around Garrett all around the defensive front looking for the best matchup possible at its fundamental logic means that Garrett’s own coaches don’t think Garrett is good enough to consistently win his matchups and they need to move him around looking to give him easier to win matchups ! And even though Garrett has a defensive coaching staff committed to get him the best matchups in every snap , TJ still blows him away with production so how dat work ??? The saddest part is our school system is so down that most people can’t understand logic 💯

What makes you less talented than another individual is if that other individual has more production than you every single season that is proof of being less talented! My point was countering other people’s point when they say that TJ is less talented because the Steelers defensive coaches doesn’t move him around the defensive front looking for better matchups! My point is I don’t have to move my player around looking for better matchups if I think he will win every matchup regardless! Can you understand that or no ?

Myles garrett is a greeat pass rusher. The reason why they move Garrett arijnd is because he wins pretty much all the time. If i can get instant pressure with myles when he is lined up over the center, then im putting him there. If he is in 3 technique and he is constantly getting pressure then im going to line him up there as well. I know we like to crap on browns fans, but myles Garrett is truly special. That dude is just so good and qb’s know this so they have to get the ball out much faster. The “almost” sack argument is lazy because his pressures and hurries turn into the sacks down the line.

@@21Kolb I respect what you saying and I think Garrett is great , I’m putting down the argument that TJ isn’t as good because they don’t move him around the defensive front like the Browns do for Garrett! TJ has more pressures ,QB hits , Tackle for losses and Sacks for their career! So how can anyone make a real case for Garrett over TJ ???? They can’t

It’s not that they don’t respect Tj Watt it’s that the Steelers is the most hated team I’ve been a Steelers fan since 1978 I remember the ‘05 superbowl we won they gave us 15 minutes of coverage on ESPN and nfl network but when the giants won it they showed mad love talked bout them all damn day I got other situations that proves the Steelers hate but I’m not going down that rabbit hole

TJ is the best Football player on this planet. Arguably the best defensive player of all time. One more year that is comparable to his others and his GOAT status is solidified.
