You should love them for abandoning the Steelers when we were poised to get some more Lombardis. Their SELFISHNESS cost the Steelers that success. Then again, as you know by checking the 2024 standings, we're over it and we're back.

@Bill-tz3wgАй бұрын
@@limoman4125 - I said we're back. The only game on my mind is tomorrow night against the Giants. I'm not calling shots on who we're going to beat or how badly. I ALWAYS expect tough competition from Cincinnati and Baltimore these days. Since you brought up the Ravens, though, I don't care WHO they've got or HOW they're doing. When they face the Steelers it's always a special occasion where anything can happen. Your offensive stars both have significant injury histories but I hope they're healthy for the Steelers. I want to beat those guys at full strength so there's no excuses. Congrats on your team doing well so far this year. We'll see you guys soon enough. Edit: Bell and Brown got what they deserved. Their careers ended in weakness and shame. They couldn't maybe earned gold jackets if they hadn't let themselves start believing their own hype.

As a Cowboys fan I loved these two as individuals and I appreciate that they valued their self worth. Wouldn't let an organization behind the scenes shenanigans and peer pressure through the media make them fold to the organization during contract negotiations. We see these things happen more and more around contract negotiations. Especially when a player playing hurt and telling you they can't do whats requested and they still pushing you to play through the pain and potential injure your body more and jeopardize your recovery.

Enjoying this conversation. I think that the football uniform makes players look larger than life. Like the human under the uniform is super human. Then the player gets nicknames such as megatron and beast mode, mean Joe or the bus. The uniform is seen before the player. Players are identified as numbers. Some fans don’t even know what certain players look like even though they are a fan of the team the player is playing on.
