Looks really good! I'm east of the Rockies so I'll try Hellman's Mayo, heard of it but never tried it. Hope things are going well for you folks in the Golden State.

Hellman's Mayo is what is marketed and sold east of the Rockies. West of the Rockies it is Best Foods. Same blue ribbon mayo but kept both names in the early 1900's to keep brand name recognition.

Interesting that artichokes are the flowering bud of a thistle species. Wonder when they are going to GMO Canadian thistles and start marketing those thistle heads as edibles - like capers !

@@outdoorcastironcook Weather channel showing all of the many fires across the State - and saying that they will get doused real well - and take down the majority of them (allowing fire force to have more dedicated manpower and machinery to deal with the remaining fires). Looking at map, looked like 2010s with 64 fires raging across the land. Time for CalFire et al to work the Fall and Winter months - and do deliberatre burn ups of all this duff and debris in forest and grasslands - pro-active - so that they don't need to respond to all these many active fire sites - and work all year around - and we wouldn't have all this destruction.

@@outdoorcastironcook I'm sure even Oregon and Washington would hope to get Hillary to run up there and also douse all their many fires ! Maybe even Canada would accept some American hurricane up there and douse and blow out all of their fires !
