Kasturi lal k case ko overule nhi kiya sirf use bypass kiya because kasturi lal k case m Constitutional bench of 5 Judges thi.. aur aage k case m jese ki Nagendra Rao case in this Double bench was heared this matter and said the kasturi lal case was not correctly decided Ab overule isiliye nhi Kiya kyu Constitutional bench k decision ko double bench overule nhi kr skti... woh bypass phir bhi kr skti h... Good but I don’t think the constitution was ‘adapted’ in 1949, it was adopted. Yes, the constitution was also adapted, because we took principles and laws from the Constitutions of other countries and then adapted them. But I don’t think this is what you meant. There are several other mistakes. Law is particular about each word and full stop, so care should be taken while teaching such a subject.

1. The name of the case ‘The State of Rajasthan v. Vidhyawati and Another’ has been written incorrectly. Additionally , the focus of this case was on the expansion of the scope of ‘course of employment’, which was not mentioned. 2. It is Kasturilal Ralia Ram Jain v. State of U.P. 3. It is Saheli, A Women’s Resources Centre v. Commissioner of Police, Delhi Police Headquarters and Ors. Here, the state was held liable because the police acted in excess of the power conferred upon them, which was again not mentioned. 4. It is Rudul Sah v. State of Bihar and Another and not Rudal Shah
