Rylands v. Fletcher and M.C Mehta (1987) - Strict and Absolute Liability

Note: In the case of Rylands v fletcher i made a mistake in names. The reservoir was of Ryland, and Fletcher suffered from flooding. But i am still not sure, i think the confusion is there because the plaintiff and defendant are swapped in appeals, and the case briefs available refer them as plaintiff and defendant and not by name, in some cases the plaintiff is ryland and then in appeal plaintiff is fletcher, i dont really know 😂

I have a doubt..in crowhurst v amersham burial board case the tree didn't escape and also it was not a non natural use of land like in noble v Harrison case so strict liability should not be imposed in former case as well....?
